Portfolio audits
A full review of the royalties you hold or have bought. We tell you what each royalty pays, who pays it, whether the payments are right, and what could change.
Licence portfolio review
We go through your licences and list every royalty you hold: the product, the payer, the rate, the territories and when it ends. Then we give an indicative view of what each one could raise if sold or borrowed against.
You receive a register of your royalties, ranked by what they could raise.
Royalty payment check
We compare the royalties you receive with the licence terms and with the sales the licensee reports, and flag payments that look short. Where a gap is large, we help you prepare a formal audit under the licence.
You receive a list of gaps, with the evidence behind each one.
Royalty book review
We track the royalties you already hold for anything that changes who pays or how much: mergers and new payers, licence transfers, patent expiries, litigation and sales trends.
You receive a register of your book with a log of changes, updated as events happen.
How an audit works
- 01Scope
We set the scope and sign a confidentiality agreement.
- 02Documents
You share licences and royalty statements, or a list of holdings.
- 03Review
We check them against public filings, patent records and regulatory data.
- 04Report
You receive the findings. Where a royalty can be financed, we can introduce you to asset managers and royalty funds.
Our audits are commercial reviews. They are not legal, tax or accounting advice.
